Hip E Living offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories.
Hip E Living typically ships within 24-48 hours. The following shipping options are available for in-stock items:

Product Processing Information:
* Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing.
* For perishable gifts, add one additional business day for processing.
* Many personalized, custom order, and special order items require additional business days for processing. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
*Shipping method cutoff times during the last 7-10 days before major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Chanukkah, Christmas) may differ from our regular cutoff days and times. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
Shipping Details:
* Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.
* Alaska and Hawaii items ship via 2 Business Day Service and may require an additional day for delivery.
* If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
Returns
Hip E Living Guarantee:
At Hip E Living, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.
(Please note that monogrammed, personalized gifts, and custom orders are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Additionally, we are unable to refund shipping chargers, gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)
Hip E Living is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a credit note or refund according to our guarantee described above.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
Obtain a gift return (GR) number by emailing Customer Care at cc@hipEliving.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your e-mail. Customer Care will promptly send you a GR number in response to your e-mail.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Hip E Living is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Hip E Living will provide you with a UPS Call Tag and arrange for pick up of your order.
